As part of its continued growth, the company is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Account / Admin Officer to support its finance and administrative functions.
The ideal candidate will possess a solid accounting background, practical accounting experience, and excellent organizational skills to ensure the smooth running of daily financial and administrative operations.
THE OPPORTUNITY
As the Account / Admin Officer, you will be responsible for supporting the company’s accounting processes while ensuring efficient day-to-day administrative operations. You will manage financial records, process transactions, prepare reports, and provide administrative support that contributes to the organization’s overall efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Accounting & Financial Management
- Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documentation.
- Prepare payment vouchers, invoices, receipts, and journal entries.
- Process daily financial transactions and ensure proper record-keeping.
- Assist with bank reconciliations and cash management.
- Support monthly financial reporting and budget tracking.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and accounting procedures.
2. Administrative Operations
- Coordinate day-to-day administrative activities.
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation.
- Manage office supplies and support procurement processes.
- Schedule meetings, prepare reports, and maintain correspondence.
- Assist in maintaining an organized and efficient office environment.
3. Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain confidential financial and administrative records.
- Ensure proper filing of financial documents and statutory records.
- Support internal and external audit processes when required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
4. Office Coordination
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and service providers where necessary.
- Provide administrative support to management and other departments.
- Handle assigned administrative and finance-related projects efficiently.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
CANDIDATE PROFILE: WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Experience
- 1–3 years of relevant accounting and administrative experience.
- Candidates with less than 1 year or more than 3 years of experience will not be considered.
Technical Competencies
- Strong practical knowledge of accounting principles and financial record management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience using accounting software is an added advantage.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and reconciliation skills.

COMPENSATION
- Salary: ₦200,000 per month
