Job Title: Video Editor and Animation Specialist

Description
- We’re looking for a senior organic social video editor to create Reels and TikTok’s from creator-shot footage for fashion, beauty and lifestyle creators.
- This is not a polished campaign only role. The content needs to feel organic, creator led, premium, social-native and alive.
- You will be working with raw creator footage, scripts, hooks, pacing, captions, music, light graphics, creator-specific edit guardrails and fast weekly output.
- We need someone who understands the difference between:
- A polished fashion advert
- A generic TikTok edit
- And a creator led reel that feels natural, tasteful, high-retention and true to the creator’s world
- This role is for someone who already understands fashion, beauty, lifestyle and creator content not someone trying to enter the space for the first time.
- About the company, we are focused on perfecting our content through stronger positioning, repeatable formats, scripting, editing, testing and performance feedback. We do not just make random reels.
- We build creator specific content systems: clear hooks, repeatable formats, creator identity, visual style, storytelling structure and performance learning. You will be joining a winning team, so we need someone who can bring ownership, taste and initiative not someone waiting to be told every small step.
Duties
- Edit and assemble longform football podcast videos, ensuring seamless flow and engaging storytelling
- Incorporate graphics, overlays, and visual effects using Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, and other editing tools
- Collaborate with content creators to understand the vision and maintain brand consistency across videos
- Enhance video quality through color correction, audio balancing, and visual enhancements using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines
- Optimize videos for YouTube platform specifications to maximize viewer engagement and reach
- Stay updated on current trends in football content and video editing techniques to continuously improve output
Requirements
- Proven experience in video editing for longform content, preferably within sports or entertainment sectors
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Final Cut Pro
- Strong understanding of video editing workflows and best practices for YouTube publishing
- Skilled in photography and visual storytelling techniques to enhance video appeal
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Knowledge of football culture, terminology, and current trends is highly desirable.
Salary
N250,000 – N1,000,000 per month.
