Position: Creative Lead
Job Summary
Mshel Homes Limited is seeking a hands-on Creative Lead to oversee the execution and quality of all visual and written creative output. The successful candidate will lead a team of creatives, develop innovative concepts, and ensure all projects align with the company’s brand identity and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Provide creative direction for design, photography, and video projects.
Lead, mentor, and inspire designers, copywriters, and editors.
Drive concept development through brainstorming sessions.
Review and approve all creative assets before publication.
Manage creative team workflow and external vendors where necessary.
Collaborate with Product, Brand, and Growth teams to deliver project objectives.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Fine Arts, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in creative direction or design leadership.
Strong portfolio showcasing integrated creative campaigns.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar creative tools.
Experience managing creative teams and budgets.
Salary
₦300,000 – ₦400,000 per month.
