A reputable real estate firm in Lekki is seeking a smart, result-driven Real Estate Executive to join its team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing clients, marketing properties, and closing sales while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and source prospective clients (buyers, sellers, and investors)
Market and promote properties through online and offline channels
Conduct property inspections and site visits with clients
Negotiate property deals and close sales/rental transactions
Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide after-sales support
Keep up-to-date with market trends and property values in Lekki and surrounding areas
Prepare and manage property documentation where required
Requirements
Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in Estate Management or any related field
1–3 years experience in real estate or sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Good knowledge of the Lagos real estate market (especially Lekki axis)
Ability to meet sales targets and work independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media marketing
