LifeBank is recruiting a Fulfilment Officer to oversee vendor and rider operations, coordinate service delivery, and improve fulfilment efficiency across Lagos and other regions in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate vendor management nationwide through Field Operations Supervisors (FOS).
- Monitor vendor performance, movement, compliance, and service delivery.
- Oversee Lagos operations, including vendors and rider activities.
- Manage the Lagos office and monitor regional operations through FOS reports.
- Coordinate rider operations, resolve escalations, and maintain operational efficiency.
- Drive vendor growth and transition vendors to Tier 1.
- Ensure vendors use OVA for real-time order fulfilment, inventory management, and payments.
- Monitor orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure vendors complete quarterly QA assessments and meet quality standards.
- Identify operational gaps and implement improvements.
Requirements
- B.Sc. degree in a relevant field.
- 2–4 years’ relevant experience.
- Strong vendor, operations, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and operational activities.
Salary
₦150,000 – ₦200,000 monthly
