Blu Atlantic Hotel is recruiting a skilled and reliable Maintenance Officer to handle routine maintenance and repairs, ensuring that the hotel’s equipment, utilities, and facilities operate efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance and basic repairs on electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
- Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems and resolve maintenance issues.
- Handle general repairs including lighting, doors, painting, and fixtures.
- Monitor security systems, fire alarms, and emergency lighting.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and keep records of completed work.
- Assist with equipment installation, relocation, and upgrades.
- Maintain tools and maintenance supplies.
- Support groundskeeping, waste disposal, and general facility upkeep.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
Requirements
- SSCE, OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree.
- 1–3 years’ relevant experience.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and HVAC maintenance.
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to respond effectively to maintenance issues.
Salary
₦100,000 – ₦150,000 monthly
