Instant Projects Company Limited is recruiting a reliable and professional Resident Cleaner to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and general upkeep at a client facility in Ikoyi.
Key Responsibilities
- Sweep, mop, scrub, polish, and vacuum floors, carpets, and upholstery.
- Clean furniture, windows, glass, mirrors, doors, fixtures, and other surfaces.
- Empty and properly dispose of waste and maintain waste segregation.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, changing rooms, kitchens, pantries, offices, corridors, reception areas, and walkways.
- Replenish toiletries and other cleaning consumables.
- Report maintenance issues, hazards, and unsafe conditions promptly.
- Assist with room setup for meetings and events.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and monitor cleaning-material stock.
- Follow HSE procedures, use required PPE, and handle cleaning chemicals safely.
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, punctuality, and good customer service.
- Complete assigned duties within required timelines and quality standards.
