Bell Oil and Gas Limited is seeking an experienced Valve Technician to perform inspection, maintenance, repair, testing, and servicing of industrial valves for both onshore and offshore operations.

Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for the inspection, maintenance, repair, assembly, testing, and servicing of industrial valves while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Repair and test various industrial valves, including ball, gate, butterfly, and safety relief valves.
• Perform valve disassembly, inspection, cleaning, reassembly, and testing.
• Conduct hydrostatic, pneumatic, and seat leakage testing.
• Complete calibration records and quality documentation.
• Interpret P&IDs, engineering drawings, and maintenance manuals.
• Travel to client sites to perform valve servicing when required.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and quality control procedures.
• Support offshore and onshore shutdown activities.
• Communicate project updates with management, customers, and team members.
Requirements
• OND, HND, or B.Eng. in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 3–7 years’ experience in industrial valve repair.
• Experience repairing manual, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electric actuated valves.
• Knowledge of pressure testing equipment and precision measuring instruments.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Offshore experience is an added advantage.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
