Just Brand It Limited, a leading 360° creative agency specializing in brand communication, corporate identity, design, print, fabrication, and promotional solutions, is seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead its finance function and support business growth.

Job Summary
The successful candidate will oversee the company’s financial operations, develop financial strategies, strengthen governance, and provide executive leadership to drive sustainable growth across the organization’s subsidiaries.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement the company’s financial strategy.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Oversee cash flow management, working capital, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements.
• Strengthen internal controls and financial governance.
• Drive profitability through financial analysis and business insights.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.
• Partner with executive management to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• MBA or Master’s Degree is an added advantage.
• Professional certification such as ICAN, ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 7–10 years’ experience in senior finance leadership roles.
• Banking experience is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, budgeting, internal controls, and financial strategy.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Salary
