Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth through the sale of MTN’s enterprise and ICT solutions. The role also involves managing customer accounts, preparing sales proposals, coordinating solution delivery, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Requirements
Applicants should possess the following qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 3–7 years of experience in B2B sales, enterprise sales, or account management.
- Demonstrated experience selling technology or ICT solutions within a telecommunications company, ICT solutions provider, system integrator, cloud provider, or managed service provider.
- Strong customer relationship management (CRM), negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to identify business opportunities, manage corporate accounts, and consistently achieve sales targets.
- Relevant professional certifications such as Microsoft, AWS, Cisco, ITIL, Fortinet, or other solution-selling certifications will be an added advantage.
