Job Title: Store Officer

Location: No. 6B Dire-Dawa Street, Wuse Zone 6, FCT – Abuja
Employment Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and record all food and non-food supplies.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
  • Monitor stock levels and prepare replenishment requests.
  • Issue supplies to the kitchen and other authorized departments.
  • Ensure proper storage and preservation of food items.
  • Monitor expiry dates and prevent spoilage or wastage.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Maintain proper documentation for all incoming and outgoing items.
  • Ensure the store is clean, secure, and properly organize.

Requirements

  • Minimum of an OND / HND or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in storekeeping, inventory management, or a related position.
  • Good knowledge of stock management and record keeping.
  • Computer literacy is an added advantage.
  • Excellent organizational and numerical skills.
  • Honest, trustworthy, and detail-oriented.
