Job Title: Chef

Location: No. 6B Dire-Dawa Street, Wuse Zone 6, FCT – Abuja
Employment Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities

  • Plan, prepare, and supervise the preparation of all the Meals including the Cuisines.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality food standards and recipes.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate daily kitchen operations.
  • Monitor food quality, presentation, portion sizes, and consistency.
  • Manage food inventory and minimize wastage.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Assist in menu planning and costing.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience working as a Chef in a reputable restaurant, hotel, or catering establishment.
  • Culinary training or relevant professional qualification is an added advantage.
  • Good knowledge of Nigerian, continental, and other popular cuisines.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy Schedule
  • Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • High standards of food hygiene and safety.
