FTB Talents is recruiting a technically skilled and digitally savvy IT & Social Media Officer to provide IT support while managing and growing a school’s digital presence.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-level IT support and troubleshoot hardware, software, internet, printer, and basic network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computers, software, printers, projectors, and other IT equipment.
Manage user accounts, updates, backups, IT security, and equipment inventory.
Manage the school’s Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content, including photos, videos, captions, and announcements.
Monitor audience engagement and provide social media performance reports.
Support digital marketing, admissions, events, and promotional campaigns.
Ensure digital content maintains a professional image and protects student privacy.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree, HND, or relevant qualification in IT, Computer Science, Digital Media, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3–4 years’ relevant IT support and/or social media management experience.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, Canva, and basic photo/video editing.
Good troubleshooting, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of computers, networks, printers, software installation, and basic IT security.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
Added Advantage: School experience, website management, Meta Business Suite, social media analytics, photography, or videography skills.
Salary
₦200,000 monthly
