Position: Project Lead
Job Summary
Adventure Capital Group is recruiting a strategic and experienced Project Lead to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of key business projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in project management, startup funding, business transformation, stakeholder engagement, and development finance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead project planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation.
Develop project plans, budgets, timelines, and performance frameworks.
Manage relationships with DFIs, investors, and funding partners.
Prepare funding proposals, business cases, and financial models.
Conduct research, data analysis, and business process improvement.
Monitor project risks, budgets, and deliverables.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and prepare management reports.
Drive digital transformation and operational improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Project Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience.
Experience working with DFIs, investors, financial institutions, or funding organisations.
Strong knowledge of project governance, risk management, budgeting, and stakeholder management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, project management tools, and data visualization platforms.
PMP, PRINCE2, Six Sigma, or similar professional certifications are an advantage.
