Job Summary
VIJU Industries Nigeria Limited is recruiting a Dairy Milk Production Line Technician / Operator to operate, monitor, and maintain dairy processing and packaging equipment while ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and maintain automated dairy processing and packaging machinery.
Monitor processing parameters to ensure product consistency.
Perform routine equipment inspections and preventive maintenance.
Maintain food safety, hygiene, and quality control standards.
Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas.
Qualifications & Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent (technical certification is an advantage).
1–2 years’ experience in food, beverage, or dairy manufacturing.
Good understanding of food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude.
Ability to work shifts and stand for extended periods.
Salary
₦100,000 – ₦500,000 per month
