Position: Senior Design Architect
About the Role
Prophs Excellence Services is seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Design Architect to lead the design direction of luxury architectural and interior projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing innovative design concepts, leading the design team, coordinating with clients and consultants, and ensuring every project is delivered to the highest standards of quality and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the creative development of luxury residential, commercial, and retail projects.
Develop architectural concepts, schematic designs, 3D visualizations, and material mood boards.
Oversee projects from concept development through detailed design documentation.
Manage the daily activities of the design studio, including project planning and resource allocation.
Review drawings, presentations, and design documents before client submission.
Mentor architects, designers, and 3D visualizers.
Lead client presentations and coordinate with consultants and project teams.
Ensure compliance with building regulations and statutory requirements.
Conduct site inspections to ensure construction aligns with approved designs.
Qualifications & Experience
Master’s Degree in Architecture.
ARCON registration is an added advantage.
8–12 years of relevant architectural and design experience.
Strong portfolio showcasing luxury residential, commercial, retail, or interior projects.
Advanced proficiency in Revit, BIM, SketchUp, and rendering tools such as V-Ray, Lumion, 3ds Max, or Twinmotion.
Strong knowledge of spatial planning, construction detailing, and luxury finishes.
Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and project management skills.
Salary
₦600,000 – ₦700,000 per month
