Role Overview
As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead the end-to-end design process, collaborating with Product Managers and Engineers to build exceptional user experiences across Moniepoint’s fintech products. You will also mentor junior designers and contribute to the company’s evolving design system.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the end-to-end product design process from user research and discovery to wireframing, prototyping, and final UI design.
• Define and execute user experience strategies aligned with business goals and customer needs.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to validate design solutions.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams.
• Design scalable UI components and contribute to the company’s design system.
• Champion accessibility (A11y) and inclusive design principles.
• Create engaging micro-interactions and motion designs.
• Leverage user insights and analytics to improve product performance.
• Mentor junior designers.
• Stay up to date with fintech trends and UX best practices.
Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a senior product design role.
• Strong UX/UI design expertise.
• Experience designing responsive web and mobile products.
• Proficiency in Figma and modern design systems.
• Previous experience in Fintech or SaaS is highly desirable.
