Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documents, contracts, agreements, and professional correspondence.
- Conducting legal research and preparing legal briefs, opinions, reports, and memorandum.
- Providing executive and administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and tracking assignments.
- Managing executive calendars, correspondence, and follow-up activities to ensure timely execution of tasks.
- Supporting property transactions, legal compliance, and investment-related activities.
- Identifying operational gaps and recommending practical legal or administrative solutions.
- Maintaining accurate legal records and ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to support business operations.
Requirements
Applicants should possess:
- LL.B and B.L. qualifications (must be a qualified lawyer).
- A minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) at both the University and the Nigerian Law School.
- At least 1 year post-NYSC experience.
- Strong legal drafting, writing, and analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and document management tools.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple responsibilities, and maintain confidentiality.
- A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn and grow.
Preferred Location
Applicants should reside within or around Ojota, Ikeja, Ketu, Maryland, Gbagada, Yaba, Ilupeju, Mushin, Oshodi, Bariga, Oworonshoki, Palmgrove, or nearby areas in Lagos.
