The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), Nigeria’s lead agency responsible for road traffic administration, traffic management, and highway safety, has officially commenced its 2026 nationwide recruitment exercise. Applications are invited from qualified and eligible Nigerians to fill vacancies across the Road Marshal Assistant Cadre and Officer Cadre.

- Road Marshal Assistant II (RMAII) – Road Marshal Assistant Cadre
- Deputy Route Commander (DRC) – Officer Cadre
- Superintendent Route Commander (SRC) – Officer Cadre
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must satisfy the following general requirements:
- Be a Nigerian by birth.
- Be computer literate.
- Be medically fit and possess a certificate of medical fitness from a government-approved hospital.
- Be of good character with no criminal record or financial indebtedness.
- Possess the required educational qualifications for the position applied for.
- Have no tattoos on any part of the body.
- Use a valid personal email address and phone number during registration.
- Possession of a valid National Driver’s Licence is an added advantage.
- Female applicants who are pregnant are advised not to apply.
Educational Qualifications
Road Marshal Assistant II (RMAII)
- Minimum of five (5) credits in SSCE/GCE (WAEC, NECO or NABTEB), including English Language and Mathematics.
- Applicants must be 18–30 years old.
Deputy Route Commander (DRC)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Laboratory Science, Law, or Engineering from a recognized institution.
- NYSC Discharge or Exemption Certificate.
- Applicants must be 18–35 years old.
Superintendent Route Commander (SRC)
- MBBS or MBBCh Degree from a recognized institution.
- NYSC Discharge or Exemption Certificate.
- Applicants must be 18–35 years old.
Salary Structure
- Road Marshal Assistant II (RMAII): CONPASS 04
- Deputy Route Commander (DRC): CONPASS 09
- Superintendent Route Commander (SRC): CONPASS 11
