What they’re looking for:
A candidate with a B.Sc degree and 2–4 years’ experience who can coordinate vendors, riders, and fulfilment operations across Nigeria, with direct responsibility for Lagos operations.
Key Duties:
Manage and monitor vendors across Nigeria.
Oversee Lagos vendor, rider, and service-delivery operations.
Coordinate with Field Operations Supervisors across regions.
Monitor vendor performance, movement, and compliance.
Manage rider operations and resolve escalations.
Drive vendor growth and transition vendors to Tier 1.
Ensure vendors use OVA for real-time order fulfilment, inventory, and payments.
Monitor timely delivery of viable orders.
Ensure vendors complete quarterly QA assessments.
Identify operational gaps and implement improvements.
