Description
- STEM Kitchen Limited is expanding, and we are looking for a dynamic, strategic, and highly motivated professional who can take our business to the next level of growth and expansion.
- This is NOT a Kitchen Manager position
- We already have an operational management structure.
- We are looking for someone whose major responsibility will be to grow the business, identify new opportunities, build strategic partnerships, attract investors, and increase revenue and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies for business growth and expansion.
- Identify and attract potential investors, partners, corporate clients, and business opportunities.
- Develop strategic partnerships with schools, organizations, companies, and other institutions.
- Identify new markets and revenue streams for STEM Kitchen.
- Develop proposals, business plans, and investment presentations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors and strategic partners.
- Research market trends and identify opportunities for expansion.
- Develop strategies to increase sales, customer base, and profitability.
- Explore opportunities for new branches, contracts, catering services, and other business ventures.
- Represent STEM Kitchen professionally in meetings, negotiations, and business engagements.
- Work closely with the Head of Operations and management to turn growth strategies into measurable results.
- Monitor business performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related fields with proven working and achievement experiences.
