What they’re looking for:
A reliable maintenance professional with SSCE, OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree and 1–3 years’ experience in general facility maintenance.
Key Duties:
Perform preventive maintenance and basic repairs.
Handle electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and HVAC issues.
Inspect buildings, equipment, and facilities.
Repair doors, lighting, fixtures, and painted surfaces.
Monitor security systems, fire alarms, and emergency lighting.
Respond to maintenance requests and resolve issues.
Maintain records of repairs and maintenance activities.
Maintain tools and maintenance supplies.
Assist with groundskeeping, waste disposal, and general facility upkeep.
Follow safety and operational standards.
