What they’re looking for:
An experienced Head Chef, Executive Chef, Senior Chef, or similar professional with strong expertise in African and Continental cuisine, kitchen management, food safety, and the ability to independently manage kitchen operations.
Key Duties:
Manage daily kitchen operations and workflow.
Prepare high-quality African and Continental dishes.
Plan menus, meals, and ingredient requirements.
Maintain excellent food quality, presentation, hygiene, and safety standards.
Monitor kitchen supplies, inventory, and food waste.
Supervise and coordinate kitchen assistants.
Ensure meals are prepared on schedule.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen.
Communicate kitchen needs and challenges effectively.
