📍 Location: Ibadan-Akala, Oyo

💰 Salary: ₦80,000 monthly
Key Responsibilities
Process sales transactions and receive customer payments.
Calculate product costs and provide accurate change.
Answer customers’ questions about products and services.
Cross-sell and upsell products where appropriate.
Report issues with cash register/POS equipment.
Work with the team to achieve store sales targets.
Respond to and resolve customer complaints and concerns.
Process returns, exchanges, and layaway transactions where applicable.
Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
Requirements
Ability to calculate sales and change quickly and accurately.
Accountability and accuracy in reconciling sales receipts and records.
Good customer service skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
Knowledge of Point-of-Sale (POS) systems.
