JOBPLACE.NG (Globalclique - HireAfrica Ltd) Recruiter Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or submitting any job posting on Jobplace.NG, the recruiter, employer, or authorized agent (“Recruiter”) expressly acknowledges and agrees to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as all applicable Jobplace.NG policies.

If the Recruiter does not agree to these Terms, they must immediately discontinue use of the platform.

2. Service Scope

Jobplace.NG provides a job listing and promotional distribution service. The Job Posting Package includes distribution across approved Jobplace.NG channels for the agreed duration.

The Recruiter acknowledges and agrees that Jobplace.NG does not guarantee:

  • The number or quality of applicants
  • Successful hiring outcomes
  • Candidate suitability, availability, or acceptance of offers

3. Payment Policy

  • All payments must be made 100% upfront prior to activation of any job posting
  • Promotion and listing services will commence only upon confirmation of payment
  • All payments are strictly non-refundable once a job post has been published or promotional activities have commenced

Jobplace.NG reserves the right to suspend or withhold services where payment is disputed, reversed, or flagged as fraudulent.

4. Recruiter Obligations

Recruiters agree to:

  • Provide accurate, truthful, and complete job information
  • Ensure that all job postings comply with applicable laws and regulations
  • Maintain professional and lawful communication with applicants
  • Avoid discriminatory, misleading, or deceptive job advertisements
  • Refrain from requesting payments or financial commitments from job seekers

Any breach of these obligations may result in immediate suspension or termination of services, removal of listings, and further legal action where applicable.

5. Content Rights and Platform Control

Jobplace.NG reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion, to:

  • Edit, modify, or format job postings for clarity, consistency, or compliance
  • رفض, decline, or remove any listing deemed inappropriate, unlawful, or non-compliant
  • Suspend or terminate access to the platform without prior notice in cases of violation

6. Representations and Warranties

The Recruiter represents and warrants that:

  • They have full legal authority to post job vacancies and act on behalf of the hiring organization
  • All information submitted is accurate, current, and not misleading
  • The job opportunity is genuine and lawful
  • They will comply with all applicable laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria

7. Limitation of Liability

Jobplace.NG operates solely as an intermediary platform for job listing and promotion. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jobplace.NG shall not be liable for:

  • Any recruitment outcomes or hiring decisions
  • Any disputes, claims, or damages arising between recruiters and candidates
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform

8. Indemnification

The Recruiter agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Jobplace.NG, its affiliates, officers, and representatives from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:

  • Use or misuse of the platform
  • Breach of these Terms & Conditions
  • Violation of any applicable law or third-party rights

9. Enforcement and Legal Action

Jobplace.NG reserves the right to take appropriate enforcement action against any violation of these Terms, including but not limited to:

  • Removal of job listings
  • Suspension or permanent termination of accounts
  • Blacklisting from future use of the platform
  • Reporting to regulatory authorities and law enforcement agencies
  • Initiation of civil or criminal legal proceedings where applicable

10. Policy Updates

Jobplace.NG reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform following such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Nigeria.
